GET RID OF DUST MITES

Dust mites play a role in 90 percent of allergic asthma cases, according to the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. The most common symptoms are teary eyes, runny nose, stuffy nose, dry cough and headaches, and often dust mite allergies disrupt your sleep. Most people suffer from dust mite allergies without even realizing the cause. If you tend to wake up in the morning congested, there is a very good chance you may suffer from a dust mite allergy.
Dust mites can be found in all households or offices, almost without exception. They live in carpets, fabric-upholstered furniture, curtains and most of all, in beds. Dust mites feed on human skin that has been shed, and can live in any human-inhabited place where the humidity is above 40%. It is estimated that each person sheds approximately eight pounds of dead skin a year, providing an abundant food source for dust mites.
